Sugar Studios offers a striking, industrial-chic blank canvas for weddings. Once a Sugar Factory, this historic building offers riverside charm with high ceilings and multi-functional spaces.
Our affordable London wedding venue can be adapted to suit weddings of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations of up to 450 guests. As a dry-hire wedding venue, we offer a list of trusted vendors from florists to caterers to videographers, or we’re happy to have you bring in your own team and suppliers. From seated dinners to lively receptions, our team provides bespoke quotes and plans to fit your wedding day vision.
The studios are also wheelchair accessible, dog-friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly.
Please note that while we are not currently licensed for legal ceremonies, we welcome blessings and commitment ceremonies, followed by unforgettable receptions.

Yes, but only if alcohol is not sold and there is a responsible team managing service. A £200 wastage fee applies for BYOB. Hiring professional bar service is recommended.
Our standard license allows alcohol service until 11 pm. However, for those who don’t want the party to end, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) can be arranged to go later. This needs to be arranged at least 4 weeks in advance of your big day.
We don’t offer wedding planning services at the moment. We’re a dry-hire studio, but our team has trusted vendors and will be on site.
Yes. We work with a range of local caterers who can provide sample menus.
We’re not currently licensed for legal ceremonies, but we absolutely welcome blessings and commitment ceremonies.
